You can complain about the sound or lack of it on any website. We believe that SOUND is the most overlooked sense in society.
REMEMBER, IF SOUND DID NOT EXIST...
Freedom of speech would have no meaning.
The music industry would sputter to a halt.
Cell phones would be just for texting.
Car horns would be useless relics...Lives would be lost.
911 operators would all lose their jobs...emergency calls would not be answered.
The 4th of July would just be a light show.
The happy listener society was formed to prevent needless tragedies like the ones listed above.
We are dedicated to preserving good internet and real world sound quality.
WHAT WE DO:
We provide unhappy listeners a sounding board for complaints.
We notify internet sites regarding AUDIO complaints about their websites.
We notify the Google Audio sounding board when a website has a complaint against it.
we provide a means of discipline to force compliance with good audio practices.
We monitor the quality and use of audio recordings and we provide details (free of charge) on the proper way to present sound technology and audio information online.

Primary complaint: The name of site indicates audio available onsite. No audio presented on site.
Happy Listener society rating: Unhappy 3 pinched noses
Action taken: Google sounding board notified, members boycotting until next review. Do not visit this site until compliance!
Recommendations: put some good audio on site or change site name to: Barney Doodle without radio.
Our future dream is to control real world sound quality worldwide.
Our list for future sound control goals includes sound buffers for unpleasant sounds like garbage trucks, loud mufflers, screeching birds, American Idol auditions, smoke detectors, barking dogs, babies crying and other unpleasant sounds found in everyday life.
